Supporting Those in Need: Dalila’s Spay Story

Dalila is a sweet 6-year-old dog living in the San Antonio area with her family. Her guardians are low-income immigrants who, despite facing economic hardship, took full responsibility by reaching out for help to spay her and prevent unwanted litters.

Compassion and dedication to animal welfare know no borders or financial limits. When a loving family wants to do the right thing for their companion, community support makes all the difference.

Thanks to our network of donors at A Light, we were able to cover Dalila’s spay surgery. This action prevents overpopulation on the streets while uplifting a dedicated family striving to provide the best care for their pup.
